Made from the pomace of traditional red grape varieties grown in the Vicenza province in the Veneto, this single-vintage grappa is aged 13 years in 225-liter Allier barriques.
Marked by developed aromas of toasted wood, vanilla, cocoa and coffee with a persistent, strong and harmonious finish.

- Production Process
Poli uses copper pot stills for distillation, which is carried out at the time of grape harvest. The final distillate, at 75% abv, is lowered to 55% by the addition of distilled water. After aging, it is then chilled to 40°F, filtered and bottled.
Aged for 13 years in 225L Allier barriques.
